roaster of scrambled eggs with mushrooms etc.

05/11/14 		I was wondering if you would cook scrambled eggs with mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc. the same amount of time that you would cook regular scrambled eggs in a 18 quart roaster?

05/12/14 		Yes, but you want to saute the veggies tender before adding; unlike a single serving in a hot pan, they will not cook through unless precooked.
