Hi Ellen

We are doing a 50th Birthday party for a good friend. Wondering how much stuff we will need for 120 people.. So far we have:

potatoes: 30 to 40 lbs
dinner rolls: 150
asparagus bbq'd: 50 lbs?
Caesar salad: 25 lbs
Caesar dressing: 2 qts
bbq'd salmon: (springer) 6 fillets approximately 36 lbs
chuck roast: (smoked) 50lbs
Ice tea: three punch bowls
and there will be other drinks. Would love to know what you think about the amounts! Much appreciated, Trish.

Nice birthday.

potatoes: 30 to 40 lbs- go 40
dinner rolls: 150- OK, none left
asparagus bbq'd: 50 lbs? OK
Caesar salad: 25 lbs- too much, about 16 pounds is plenty
Caesar dressing: 2 qts-3
croutons, 8 pounds
Parm cheese, 6 pounds, no kidding
bbq'd salmon: (springer) 6 fillets approximately 36 lbs
chuck roast: (smoked) 50lbs
Plenty of meat. Field Roast makes a good vegetarian sausage if you are expecting any none-meat eaters.
Ice tea: three punch bowls- 12 gallons, 1/3 unsweetened
