I am making pulled pork sliders for 90 people for my sisters wedding. How much raw pork would I need. There is also lots of salads and roast turkey and chicken enchiladas. |

count on at least 130 sliders, at about 8 per ready to eat pound. You figure the raw weight the same as the ready to eat weight- what shrinks away in cooking, you add back in sauce. |
