I need info regarding serving roughly 200 people for my son's grad party. I would like to know how many chicken breasts to purchase...not in pounds/oz. Actual individual chicken breasts. I will be making this ahead, shredding it and freezing. Thank you |

Chicken breasts vary hugely in size, which is why I do weights. If you are shredding them, thighs actually make better meat than breast for pulled chicken. You want 1 pound raw for each 5 full size sandwiches. |
