I'm having a party and can really use your help on the amount of meat to buy. I will be having steak fajitas as well as chicken fajitas not including the side dishes. My question is how many pounds of skirt steak will i need and how many pounds of chicken breast will i need? Once i get the meat i will be able to calculate the bell peppers and onions. Your response will be greatly appreciated |
