This depends on whether it is a high school or college graduation and the age spread of the guests; whether alcohol is served; length of the party. Please write back with more info.

This is a high school graduation party. The party will be a picnic starting from 2:00PM to ? There will be alcohol served. Most of the guests are adults. Since there is a lot of graduation parties the same day not all of the invited guests will stay for the entire length of the party due to other parties that they hhave to attend.

Sloppy Joes, 1 Nesco (about 50), recipe:
www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/bbentree5.html
sliced turkey, about 9 pounds
brats, about 30

Assorted rolls and bread as needed for above. Sandwich fixings, see the table on the sandwich page, do 3/4 the amount for 100

Baked beans, 2 gallons
Pasta salad, 5 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins

Strawberry Salad, I think you mean the spinach salad with strawberries and nuts? For 150, I did:
Fresh Spinach Strawberry Pecan Salad with honey and strawberry dressing.
12 pounds spinach, 8 quarts strawberries, 3 pounds chopped pecans (about 2 quarts). 6 quarts dressing
Taco Salad, does not hold well. Consider doing a 7 layer dip and chips instead. Do 3/4 the recipe on this site

apple snicker salad- 2 1/2 gallons
