Hi Ellen, I'm making veggie burgers for 150 person wedding with a condiment buffet of about twelve choices. They're also having 3 salads. A juliened raw beet and carrot salad, a mixed greens and tomato salad and a spinach and strawberry salad. How much should I make of each salad? We will be serving 200 veggie burgers, is that an accurate number for the burgers? Also how much of each condiment should we have? The options are ketchup, mustard, bacon jam, chutney, cucumbers, tomatoes, caramelized onions, mixed greens and a few more. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Interesting. Is this a vegetarian crowd, or an omnivorous crowd with vegetarian hosts? It affects the amounts of the meat related toppings. Write back. |
