Just wondering how much ingredients I need and recipe for cheesy hash browns for 100 people please I am hosting a graduation party I do have a favorite recipe that my daughter likes and will use that I guess. But need advice on how much to make for say 75 to 100 people Recipe as follow s 2(10) oz package hash browns thawed 1(8)oz sour cream chives 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1can cream chicken soup 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup melted butter Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup melted butter |

Melanie, as indicated in the cheesy hash brown recipe at the bottom of the breakfast planning page, at least 20 pounds (320 ounces) frozen potatoes for 100. About 16 times the recipe. You definitely want the BIG cans of soup. |
