I have 6 ovens and need to make 900 kabobs 450 of chicken and 450 of beef.Each kabob will have bell pepper and onion only on a 6 or 8 inch skewer. How will they turn out being cooked in an oven vs. the grill and how long?What do I cook them for at what temp for each kind of meat and how many lbs of all 4 products? |
