I'm celebrating me 50th Birthday this year. A 3 day event Having a fish fry Friday for 150 with Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and shrimp, mostaccioli with Italian sausage and ground beef, coleslaw ,potatoe salad, a green salad,banana pudding and peach cobbler. Saturday night I'm having 350 for Semi formal banquet would like prime rib, scared to think of what that would cost but still want beef as well as roast Turkey breast, corn putting, mashed potatoes bar,string beans,vegetable medley in a cheesy sauce,a Italian salad,a spinach salad with a warn dressing. Sunday is Soul Food greens ,sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese chicken and dressing. Don't know how much meat I need! OMG thanks in advance. |

Marcos, do you mean meat for each meal or each recipe, or some specific meal? For example the Friday meal, I don't see any fish. Please write back. |
