Reheating frozen taco meat

05/28/14 		I have precooked 20 lb of taco meat, both beef and chicken for my daughters graduation party. How long will it take o defrost? It is frozen in 6 lb batches. Also what do you suggest is the best way to reheat. The party s at 1 in the afternoon.

05/29/14 		Allow 2 days in the fridge. Reheat in a roaster in the regular oven or an electric roaster, tightly covered, preheat oven to 350. Time depends on thickness in the pan, which depends on the pan size; allow at least 1 1/2 hours, you can always turn to 180 to hold, as long as the temp in the middle has reached 165.
