I am cooking bacon 40 minutes from reception site and 2 hours before reception...there is no way to cook food at this facility..how do I keep bacon crisp and not rubbery.. |

No useful suggestions, you might ask about Canadian bacon or ham instead. Do cook in oven on racks, not flat on pans, to get crispy through and through. |
