05/29/14 		Our church is having a community dinner and we probably will be serving up to 300-450 people. How much hamburger patties, baked beans, and potato salad we will need?

05/30/14 		Marilyn, this is WAY too big a range to make a good estimate.

You need
4 gallons of potato salad per 100
3 gallons baked beans per 100
1.5 hamburgers per person with condiments as indicated on the sandwich page
Add 3 gallons slaw per 100.
