05/30/14 		Hi Ellen, We are going to be having dessert appetizers for an office party at 1:00 p.m. for 200 employees. Can you tell me if we have enough of the following desserts? Thank you for your help!

Variety of Cookies 2 per person
Mini lemon tarts 2 per person
Mini Cherry Cheesecakes 2 per person
Cheese Trays 30lbs cheese (5 Large 16 inch round trays)
Fruit Trays 5 Large (16 inch round trays) Grapes, strawberries, & pineapples
8 Gallons Punch
8 Gallons Sweet Tea
Water

increase punch to 12 gallons
have at least 2-3 gallons unsweetened tea with sugar-free sweetener packets available.
