Our women association is hosting a dinner. They have requested kielbasa and sauerkraut, buns, Mac salad, mashed potatoes, seasoned veggies and dessert. I'm pretty good with everything but the kielbasa and kraut. How many pounds would be sufficient of each for 85? |

kielbasa and sauerkraut, since this is a ladies' lunch, plan for 100 kielbasa and 5 quarts sauerkraut, and get the good sauerkraut in the refrigerator case, not canned buns, one per.
