Can you please tell me how to keep hors d' oeuvres from drying out in a chafing dish, after they are cooked in the oven. Thought maybe I should put a damp towel over them? Thank you for any and all suggestions. |

Things dry out in chafin dishes. You can try an all cotton damp cloth over the covered items until serving, but it is never perfect. That is why so many chafing dish have sauces... |
