Hi, I offered to help a friend with the food for a bereavement luncheon. I need some help with the quantities.it is for 80 people. We are having chicken,broccoli and ziti, coldcut platter, finger sandwiches,meatballs, Caesar salad and fruit salad. Thank you |

About 5 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins, 6 pounds meatballs, 6 pounds meat and cheese, 2 1/2 gallons fruit salad- or do fruit tray? Finger sandwiches, with the other foods, could be omitted, or 1-2 small pieces per person. |
