The sloppy joe recipe on this site is good for 50-60. Make half, expect some leftovers. Consider doing meatballs, which can be bought frozen, instead. Same weight, less drippy. |

How much should i charge for baby shower for 40 people? Menu is hot dogs, sloppy joes, potato salad, vegetable tray, fruit tray and nachos and cheese. It is a baseball theme. Reason for hot dogs. |

Debbie, as I said before, I don't do prices, there is too much variation of suppliers and regions. Most caterers estimate at 3-4 x the food costs, depending on how much help and rentals are involved. |
