Hi Ellen! We're having a wedding reception at 4:00 PM for 140 people (120 adults & 20 kids) We're having a self serve buffet. Here's my plan: Appetizers:
300 Meatballs w/ Spaghetti sauce Salad:
16 lbs garden salad mix Meats:
250 pieces fried chicken (wings, breasts, legs) Sides:
12 1/2 pans baked macaroni & cheese (says each feeds 20) Bread: 250 kings Hawaiian rolls Nonalcholic drinks:
150 bottles of water
Bar Menu:
** 10 bottles of 375 mL Smirnoff Strawberry Vodka
Grooms drink: Captain-n-coke
** 10 750 mL bottles of Captain Morgan Rum
Wine: Moscato Any feedback/recommendations you could provide would be great! |

** 10 bottles of 375 mL Smirnoff Strawberry Vodka this is about 5 fifths, I would go 7-8
Grooms drink: Captain-n-coke
** 10 750 mL bottles of Captain Morgan Rum
