If you want to post your estimates, I will check them. Pulled pork for sandwiches on buns Do for 90-100, about 30 pounds total cooked pulled pork and sauce- almost 2 roasters. Sliced smoked turkey breasts for sandwiches Sliced ham for sandwiches lettuce and tomato for sandwiches all these are covered on the sandwich planning page. Do for 100, 2/3 turkey, 1/3 ham. Potato salad Macaroni Salad Baked beans all these are on the plan for 100 page, do 1 1/2 times the amount for 100 Fruit Salad, Per 100, 3 gallons, many recipes on the fruit tray page Cheesecake- see the dessert planning page, or do 2 cheesecake bites/mini's per person Graduation sheet cake-1 single layer sheet serves 60
