Hi Ellen I need your help!!! I will be cooking baked chicken marsala for 250 ppl, this Saturday, can I prepare it the night before? Also I've never cook a large amount, can I layer the chicken breast in the pans? How many chicken breast can i put in one pan??Please help!! Thnx in advance :-) |

Pat, check the chicken marsala recipe on this site for help on pre-making and heating this dish. It does best with single layer pans (a lot of tray space), but you could do 2 if you absolutely had to. |
