For our 50th wedding anniversary I'm using baking pans that will hold a double recipe of chicken spaghetti and baking them in a convection oven that holds 12 pans. Please advise on the temp and the time needed to prepare. Thank you. |

Convection ovens bake in about 3/4 the time of a regular oven. |

Preheat the oven about 15 minutes. Reduce temp from regular oven about 25 degrees. Begin checking at the center at 3/4 the regular cooking time, but allow full cookin time. If the casserole reaches 165 in the middle on a quick read thermometer, turn the oven down to 180 to hold. |
