we are serving a hundred fifty people for a party this weekend Chipotle style thoughts on using bottom round vs steak.along w chicken and rice. how do I determine with to meet the quantity I need along with the race without having too much I'm in desperate need of a response its so appreciated |

Not bottom round, it's a little too tough. Top round steaks if choice grade, not select; or top sirloin, even better. For 150 people,do about 40 pounds beef, 30 chicken, 15 rice; maybe some leftover, depending on the appetites of your crew. Beans are very helpful in filing out the menu; about 12 pounds dry or 5 gallons canned.
