Hi Ellen, My friend's daughter is having an evening wedding 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. She has asked me to fry chicken bites. I am taking 70 large pieces of chicken tenders and cutting them into 3 bites each. That will give me 210 chicken bites. Will this be enough? She is also having chicken salad sandwiches, fruit trays, veggie trays, other sandwiches, etc. Thanks for your help! |
