Need to know how many pounds of beef tips will I need to make beef tips with gravy. Planning on making 40 plate lunches. Also serving green beans with it. How many cans of green beans do I need to fix for this amount also. Thanks so much for your help. |

Big ladle, 1 pound per 3, smaller, 1 pound per 4. A #10 can has 24 servings. |
