was thinking about either sliders or shredded barbeque beef, maybe some beans, some salsa with chips, not sure what kind of potatoes and any other sides. I plan on cooking by myself and making some stuff ahead of time. I don't want it to cost a fortune but would like it to be a nice spread. thanks |

OK. 2 sliders per woman, 3 per man, 1 pound ready to serve meat per 6. 1 1/2 gallons beans 4 pounds chips, 4 pints dips/salsa potato salad? 18 pounds potatoes; or could do roasted red, twice baked (1 per); all do some ahead Add a good slaw, 6 quarts. Maybe an unusual cold veggie dish, corn/black bean salsa, humus? 1 gallon, chips 3 pounds. ice cold watermelon, 1/2 pound per person If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site.
