I am helping a friend with the rehearsal dinner for her son. She wants to serve Italian cookies and possibly some pastries for dessert. She is also planning on a chocolate fountain with fruit, pretzels, and marshmallows. There will be 25 people. I was wondering how many pounds of cookies we should plan on buying. |

Lovely party. With the other sweets, 3 cookies per person would be fine- 2 if she also adds pastries. My article on chocolate fountains might be helpful. |
