I have to make calico beans for a wedding reception approx. 150 ppl. Im using a Nesco cooker. Anyone have a recipe for this? Never cooked for this many before! |

Jodi, you will need at least 2 roasters, which is a good thing because they need 2-3 serving lines for 150-people. For a simple side dish for 100, you need 8 pounds dry beans or 3 gallons- 4 #10 cans- of canned, plus fixings. Use you favorite recipe multiply every thing but the salt. For that, use just 1.2 what you expected. |
