My daughter is getting married in 4 weeks. I am trying to put a menu together. She wants oven roasted red potatoes. Can I make those in an electric counter top oven roaster? I have 4 22qt roasters. |

"roasted potatoes" in electric roasters will cook, but they won't get that roasty quality- they will be more like steamed or baked potatoes. You have enough roasters, if you have enough circuits to plug them in, as you need about 100 pounds of potatoes. |
