If you check out the sandwich page, it gives you total weights for this type spread. Includes bread and condiments. You have to decide whether you are in a 1/2 beef, 1/3 turkey, rest salami type crowd or a 1/2 turkey, 1/4 beef, 1/4 ham crowd, or what. Do 4/5 the amount for 100. |
