I have done my figuring and need it checked please. THX so much

Pork Ribs 14 racks @10-12 ribs/rack
1-2 pieces check ea. 12 chickens
Beans Bacon and Bologna 2 1/2 gallons
7 lbs.bologna)
Potato Salad 2 ½ gallons
Next Day Salad 3 gallons = 3- 4”X9”x13”
Corn Casserole 4-9X13 inch Pans
Slow Stewed Green Beans 18 lbs. raw
2 gallons Ice Tea (1 regular, 1 sweet)
1 ½ gallons Lemonade
Alcohol is BYOB

Leona, for 50 people you may have almost double the amount you need on some items, unless they are staying for two meals.

Pork Ribs 14 racks @10-12 ribs/rack-m about 120 ribs plenty unless they are very heavy eaters
1-2 pieces check ea. 12 chickens- 1 piece= 6 chickens
Beans Bacon and Bologna 2 1/2 gallons
7 lbs.bologna)- 2 gallons plenty, will have leftovers
Potato Salad 2 ½ gallons- OK but may have leftovers- keep some chilled so it does not have to be discarded
Next Day Salad 3 gallons = 3- 4”X9”x13”- 2 gallons plenty
Corn Casserole 4-9X13 inch Pans- OK
Slow Stewed Green Beans 18 lbs. raw- 10 pounds raw at most
2 gallons Ice Tea (1 regular, 1 sweet)- I would do at least 2-3 sweet
1 ½ gallons Lemonade- 2

All adults, just over half male, Pool, games, could last a long time. They will probably bring lots of soda and beer.
