Graduation Party for approximately 120-150 people

06/24/14 		Trying to determine if I have enough food for my son's graduation party. We figure there will be around 120-150 people attending. This is what we have so far:
70 lbs of pulled pork
20 lbs of Taco Meat (Taco Bar)
5 lbs of hot dog sauce for 100 Texas Hot dogs
5 lbs of pasta salad
5 lbs of macaroni salad
5 lbs of rigatoni
25 lbs of potato salad
Relish Tray
Veggie Tray
Fruit Tray
Misc items like nachos with cheese/salsa, chips & Dip, Popcorn Bar, etc.
Are we on the right track...

06/28/14 		You have more meat than you need, and not nearly enough sides. 50 pounds pork would be plenty.

Also. I am giving you amount for 120. If you really think it will be 150, do 1/4 more.

5 lbs of pasta salad-
5 lbs of macaroni salad
Start with a total of 7 pounds dry pasta split between these 2, plus add-ins
5 lbs of rigatoni- baked? do 10-12 pounds dry
25 lbs of potato salad- OK, none left

Veggie Tray
1 classic relish tray plus fresh veggies for 75. see the veggie tray page
Fruit Tray- use the fruit tray page, one deluxe tropical tray would be plenty- it is large
