meatballs (homemade)- about 35 pounds ziti with sauce- 20 pounds dry pasta, some left chicken wings fried- 2 per person, none left; small legs, bbq sauce, 1 per personwould be a very acceptable sub and mu, ch cheaper chicken breast 1/4rd- 1 breast per 3 people beans w/o pork beans with pork 6-7 gallons total, with 1 1/2-2 gallons meatless potato salad (home made)- 70 pounds potatoes plus add ins bread/rolls??? about 18 pounds If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site.
