I am helping host a fish fry for 175 people. My job is to make the tarter sauce and purchase lemons for lemon wedges.
How much sauce do I need to make and how many lemon wedges do you recommend?

1/4 cup tartar sauce per person, 1/2 lemon per person. Enjoy.
