I am doing a fund raiser for our church and am anticipating 60 people. I don't think 60 people will eat Antipasto however, what would I need to make the salad? Any idea on how many loaves of Italian cheese bread and how much butter and Provolone cheese for the topping? Thank you!! |

Patrick there are two recipes on this site that will help with the antipasto- one for just the veggies, and the other for the full meat/cheese/veggie tray. www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/appetiz2.html For the bread, 8 pounds bread, 2 pounds butter, 3-4 pounds cheese. This assumes it is a side dish. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |

I need to make a cold antipasto for 60 people. I'm ising dried sausage, pepperoni, roasted peppers, olives, mozzarella, some sort of sharp cheese and prosciutto. How much of each do I need to buy? |

Look at the antipasto platter link above, make your estimates and post them and I will be happy to check for you. |
