Feeding 55 - 60 Hawaiian Haystacks. Planning on shredding cooked chicken. How many pounds of boneless chicken breasts should on cook ? |

At least 1 pound raw per 4, 1 pound per 3 if heavy eaters or lots of seconds expected. Useful to put a half cup scoop in the serving pan and/or have someone serve the meat. |
