I am making cheesy potatoes for two different graduations...can I just mix up one batch to freeze r three days and cook the ones for tomorrow? Also I have read diced takes longer than hash browns to bake what temp how long for diced... |

Same temp, up to 20 minutes longer. Better to mix when you are ready to cook. The frozen, thawed potatoes get mushy if they stand around uncooked, and it is never safe to refreeze a frozen item before it is cooked. |
