Our church needs 50 lbs of pork to make Chalupas. To save money, we purchase 40 lbs of pork and add 10 lbs of hash browns. Last year, we baked the 10 lbs of hash browns in the oven, but were wondering if we could cook all 10 lbs at once in a large roaster. It would save us time. |

Because you need these to be relatively dry, oven is much preferred to roaster. You could roast the day before and refrigerate over night. |
