Bread with olive oil & balsamic Vinegar green salad.. just green lettuce because I am making a antipasta platter of olives, cheese and ?? for people to add to their salads if they like. How much green salad?? two salad dressings ranch & italian.. could you tell me how much I should have of these salad dressings??? fruit platters.. watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, & grapes How much of this stuff do I need to have chicken with my pasta? if so how much? and if so can I use roasted chicken if we slice or cube.

Nice ideas. Seriously consider putting the fruit and a cheese tray (8-10 pounds cheese per 100, 6 pounds crackers per 100) out as appetizers to cover the time while the guests wait around for the wedding pictures. Maybe with the lemonade? Do have extra bread (2 loaves) for the tables- people love loaves and take more.

two salad dressings ranch & italian.. could you tell me how much I should have of these salad dressings??? Chicken? What about meatballs in sauce instead? Easier, no bones, about 40 pounds, use 3 gallons of your red sauce.
sweet tea.. could you tell me how much?? If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
