Hi I am doing my daughters wedding... we are on a small budget like most but want a beautiful wedding and to treat our guest special..
My menu
Two sauces one white one red... 6-8 gallons combined
Two pastas Penne & rotini.... 30-35pounds?? seems like a lot??
Bread with olive oil & balsamic Vinegar
green salad.. just green lettuce because I am making a antipasta platter of olives, cheese and ?? for people to add to their salads if they like. How much green salad??
two salad dressings ranch & italian.. could you tell me how much I should have of these salad dressings???
fruit platters.. watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, & grapes How much of this stuff

do I need to have chicken with my pasta? if so how much? and if so can I use roasted chicken if we slice or cube.

sweet tea.. could you tell me how much??
Lemonade...could you tell me how much??
plus I have an Italian Soda Bar.. that I have servers running:)

I am sorry I tried to find stuff on your page but couldn't find my way around very easily... sorry

Oh wedding is at 5:30 pm.. people will come hungry I am sure
each table will have a cutting board, knife, and loaf of bread, and little containers of Olive oil & balsamic Vinegar... should I have a little extra bread on Buffet then what is just on tables? I have 60inch tables with 8 people around them.. with 1 loaf per table. Thank You sooooo Much:))))

Nice ideas.

Seriously consider putting the fruit and a cheese tray (8-10 pounds cheese per 100, 6 pounds crackers per 100) out as appetizers to cover the time while the guests wait around for the wedding pictures. Maybe with the lemonade?

Do have extra bread (2 loaves) for the tables- people love loaves and take more.

Two sauces one white one red... 6-8 gallons combined
I usually plan 1 quart per pound- so yes, about 8 gallons, 3 red with meatballs (see note below, 2 red plain, 3 white
Two pastas Penne & rotini.... 30-35pounds?? seems like a lot??
For 200 people, as main course, 1 pound per 6, so yes, about 33 pounds.
DO NOT forget Parm- about 6-8 ounces per table, on the tables
Bread with olive oil & balsamic Vinegar- consider doing just a seasoned oil and save the balsamic for the salad

green salad.. just green lettuce because I am making a antipasta platter of olives, cheese and ?? for people to add to their salads if they like. How much green salad??
9 pounds per 100

two salad dressings ranch & italian.. could you tell me how much I should have of these salad dressings???
2 1/2 quarts Ranch, 1 quart Italian per 100
fruit platters.. watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, & grapes
Use the fruit tray page, plan 8 bites per person

Chicken? What about meatballs in sauce instead? Easier, no bones, about 40 pounds, use 3 gallons of your red sauce.

sweet tea.. could you tell me how much??
About 12 gallons, 1/4 unsweetened
Lemonade...could you tell me how much??
about 8 gallons, 12 if used with appetizers
