I need to roast/steam about 200 hotdogs and was thinking of using a large roasting pan......should I add any water to the pan? I was thinking the dogs would produce enough juices?? and how long should I let them heat up so they are ready for the party? Also, is there a good way to heat the buns separately? Thanks!! |

Dwana, see the hot dog thread: www.ellenskitchen.com/forum/messages/25635.html You can do about 100 per roaster. Use a separate roaster for the buns. |
