We are making chicken wings for our wedding reception. I am cooking the wings the day before and am trying to figure out the best way to re-heat them in the over prior to serving. We will have deep aluminum pans to hold the wings as a single layer baking sheet would not be practical for the quantities. What's the best way for re-heating? Thanks |

Experiment. I don't think you will be happy with reheated! Don't know how many people you are planning. |

There will be 40 people. Would it be better to make them the morning of (a stessful thought) then just keep them warm in the oven until dinner is served? |

The wings are one of two entree's the other being pulled pork, along with pasta/potato salad, fruit salad and cole slaw. Weird thought but would it be better to reheat or even cook the wings in a crockpot? |
