So my wedding reception is only 3 hours long, on a Wednesday, starting at 8 pm. I would like to do pretzel rods, chips & salsa, guacamole, humus, veggies, fruit, and possibly potato chips and nuts. How much will I need to serve of each? There will also be beer and wine involved. |

wedding "menu" for 200 This is not a bad set of choices, but do consider having a show center, such as a poached salmon, shrimp mold,, etc. or quiches; something like that. And some meaty thing- cocktail meatballs? Will you consider and write back? |
