How much of each meat and sides do I need for an open house graduation barbecue for 60 serving pulled pork sandwiches, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, corn on the cob? |

Graduation Barbecue Open House-60 pulled pork, 20 pounds ready to serve sandwiches, about 100 crusty rolls 1 cup table sauce per 5-6 chicken, 1 piece per person
baked beans, 2 gallons corn on the cob- 1 piece each plus a few extra Consider adding pickles, 3 quarts, sliced onions, about 6 pounds? A fruit tray would be nice with this, some pineapple, strawberries, etc- see the fruit tray page.
