On the plan for 100 page, there is a very comprehensive guide to meat amount for 100, all kinds of recipes, mostly in pounds. You would just translate to kg. and use 2/3. For party size portions in the USA, we plan for 5 ounces total of cooked ready to serve meat per person. |
