Does the cream ingredient mean whipping cream or half and half or can it be substitued for less expensive evaporate milk? Also, do you have the instructions for this recipe? I haven't done this before. |

That's real cream, if I were subbing, I would use mayo and thin to cream texture with a little pineapple juice. You just shred the veg, or buy shredded; mix up a dressing that tastes good to you; and mix. Chill and keep cold. Or do the very sweet slaw just below, omitting the marshmallows.
