simple cole slaw recipe

Does the cream ingredient mean whipping cream or half and half or can it be substitued for less expensive evaporate milk? Also, do you have the instructions for this recipe? I haven't done this before.

That's real cream, if I were subbing, I would use mayo and thin to cream texture with a little pineapple juice. You just shred the veg, or buy shredded; mix up a dressing that tastes good to you; and mix. Chill and keep cold.

Or do the very sweet slaw just below, omitting the marshmallows.
