I am having a graduation party for my son with 50 people. I'm ordering a pasta dish, chicken dish, pork dish, 2 sides, a salad and a six foot hero. My caterer says I need TWO FULL trays of each. That seems like a lot of food. Can that be right? |

Not what I would order. If he really makes a full tray, 12x 20x 2, it should hold at least 15 meat servings, and you do not need 30 of each plus the sandwich. And a 6 foot hero serves about 25. Does he know about the hero? |
