Hi Ellen, I know there are pages for vegetable trays. I need to order snap peas,mini pepper, mini carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes for 400 people, I don't know how much should I get? We have chicken,green salad,fruit tray, potatoes salad, beans. Thank you very much. Jo |
