Cleaning Burnt on food

I have a Nordic Ware reversible griddle that fits on the stove and covers two burners. I recently used it to make chicken wings that had been marinated in a heavy honey-sugar type sauce.
Problem: after cooking these, the grill became encrusted with burnt on food. I have been soaking this pan for days, nothing works.
Does anyone have a solution. Thank you.

Yep, this is a griddle disaster- I did it to one of mine, too. Make a paste of dishwasher detergent and water - use gloves- and let it sit overnight. Then spend a long time with scrubbies. It won't be perfect, but with re-seasoning you may be able to use the griddle again.

I have a glass stove top and recently did a balsamic vinegar reduction. It spattered a bit on the glass top and will NOT come off. I tried ceramic top cleaners, vinegar, degreaser, Imus Ranch all purpose cleaner, soaking with hot soapy water....nothing works even a little!

Any suggestions?

Shrot of a razor blade one dot at a time? No other suggestions...
