My daughter would like an appetizer reception for her 250 guest wedding. We are thinking of a "breads n' spreads" type of theme along with some sliced beef, pasta dish, and a salad. I have no idea where to begin with quantities and recipes. Can you help? Feeling overwhelmed. (: |
