07/19/14 		I'm throwing a surprise party in September. The menu consists of burgers, hot dogs, sausage and peppers, baked beans, potato salad, mac salad, garden salad, ziti, and deviled eggs. I'm just not so sure how much to make for each. Its for adults a 50th party. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

hot dogs,
sausage and peppers,
You could do just the sausage and peppers; 1 pound sausage per 4, equal weight veggies

baked beans, 3 gallons or 8 pounds dry
potato salad, 35-40 pounds raw potatoes

garden salad, use the plan for 100 page for the type you want

ziti,
mac salad,
Total about 12 pounds pasta, maybe 8 ziti and 4 for salad

deviled eggs 5 dozen whole eggs
